Zonhoven, September 4, 2024 - The Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux is gearing up for an intense showdown as the season reaches its final stages. The fourth of six rounds is set to take place this Friday, September 6, at the iconic Spa-Francorchamps circuit in the Belgian Ardennes. With the championship battle heating up, the upcoming races promise to be thrilling. Niels Troost (Team GP Elite) currently leads the overall standings, but the title is far from decided, with fierce competition expected until the very last race.

The weekend of September 6 and 7 will be a Porsche enthusiast's dream at Spa-Francorchamps, which not only hosts the penultimate round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux but also features the debut of a 12-hour endurance race exclusively for Porsche 992 models.

"Porsche fans are in for a treat this Friday," says Lars Plato, Series Manager of the Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux. "The entire event, from qualifications to the two 30-minute sprint races, will be completed in one day, alongside the training and qualifications for the endurance race. This one-day format is a hallmark of our series."

As the Porsche Sprint Challenge Benelux enters its decisive phase, with Spa-Francorchamps this Friday and the finale mid-October at Zandvoort, the competition is intensifying.
